Consultation
It all begins with a consultation in our office or a designated location chosen by you. We discuss your plans, your budget, and any concepts and designs you may have in mind. Questions are asked and answered in order to make the progression stress-free for you.
Building plan
If you don’t have any designs in mind, we have one of our trusted architects to come in and have your ideal home designed based on what you have you may have. The architect works closely with you and your loved ones every detail of the way
Contract
Once a plan has been agreed on, and has been approved via the council or private certifier we then precede onto our contract where everything is clarified to you prior to you sign anything.
